Bredenbury is currently selling their lots at half price. The cost will be $50/frontage foot. Lots are limited, so act quickly.

These lots vary in size, and location. When deciding to move to Bredenbury, you can come and choose your lot, transfer of title will be completed when construction has started, this must be within one year of signing contract. All buildings and lots are to be approved by Council.

Presently there is little available to buy or rent in Bredenbury. We do have apartments and some low income housing; however, at this time these are all full. If you would like to get on the list to rent housing in the future, please call the town office at 306-898-2055 for a contact number.
